Pond Water Survey: Join us in this STEAM activity as we explore the microscopic world in a drop of pond water. You will develop microscope skills as we explore the tiny living things that live in a freshwater aquatic ecosystem. You will learn to locate, identify, and photograph these tiny creatures. You will create your own field guide to the microscopic life in a droplet of water. You will then be given the opportunity to explore a topic that interests you in more depth. Wear comfortable clothing, as we will be spending some time outdoors, collecting specimens.
