Rooted and Ready: A mindful Summer Experience Helping Students Cultivate Calm, Focus, and Confidence
Led by an experienced educator and certified mindfulness instructor, this two-week camp helps middle school students build healthy habits for a calmer, more focused school year. Through yoga, meditation, journaling, forest bathing, and mindful discussion, students learn practical tools to manage stress, improve emotional awareness, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. Rooted and Ready offers a peaceful space to unplug, reflect, and grow—so students can return to school feeling confident, connected, and ready for what’s next.
