Dear P-CCS Families,

We are excited to announce our summer academic and enrichment camp offerings for 2025! These camps provide a wonderful opportunity for students to continue learning, explore new interests, and engage in fun, enriching activities during the summer months.

This year, due to the expiration of federal grant funding, we will be implementing a fee of $400 per two-week camp session. We understand this is a change from previous years, and we want to assure you that we have worked hard to keep the cost as reasonable as possible while maintaining the high quality of our programs.

What's Included in the $400 Fee:

  Engaging and Enriching Camp Experiences: Each two-week session will be packed with exciting and educational activities led by our dedicated and certified P-CCS teachers.

  Free Breakfast and Lunch/Snack: To ensure students are energized and ready to learn, we will provide free breakfast and lunch or a snack each day.

  
  

Transportation (If Needed): We will offer transportation to and from the camp locations for students who require it. Please indicate your transportation needs during the registration process.

Camp Details:

• ​Dates: We will be offering four separate two-week camp sessions throughout the summer. Specific dates for each session will be:

  Time: Camps will run from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday.

  Information regarding payment options will be available during registration.
  
  We believe these camps offer students a valuable opportunity to continue their learning and growth during the summer. We encourage you to register early, as space may be limited.
  
  We understand that the fee may present a challenge for some families. If your child qualifies for free or reduced lunch, please indicate that in the space provided during the registration process in case any scholarships become available.
